## 2026-07-22 — New organization API access

* Public API access is enabled by default for new organizations.
* Organization administrators create, rotate, and revoke scoped API keys in Brightalk Settings; no credential is generated automatically.
* This rollout did not change the configured API access state of existing organizations.

## 2026-07-16 — Public API documentation

* Published the date-versioned OpenAPI 3.1 contract with structurally matched Traditional Chinese and English developer documentation.
* Documented server-to-server authentication, versioning, idempotency, rate limits, stable errors, contacts, eligible agents, immediate AI calls, batches, dashboard-managed Automations, and API-triggered Automation runs.
